ELEMENTE DER ARCHITEKTUR

Pictures tell stories. In this case stories about supposedly self-evident urban components such as the window, the roof, the entrance, the stair, the façade, the courtyard, the plinth, the use of stone, the balcony, the oriel and the loggia. Only those motifs that communicate with each other, relate to each other or complement each other generate this unique quality inherent to the urban ensemble. What is so special about that? How can we create this durable quality nowadays? The participating architects try to answer these questions by comparing models and their own motifs. Which models inspire you personally and which aspects can be found in your own creations?
