TOWER 185

Frankfurt’s skyline has a new highlight: Tower 185 – Germany’s fourth-highest office building – marks the gateway to the new Europa district in Frankfurt am Main and adds a new dimension to the city’s silhouette. Typical forms and materials found in the neighbouring buildings – beige stone walls and slate roofs – characterise the perimeter block at the base. The office wings fan out like welcoming arms. A large teardrop-shaped plaza and adjoining arcades with shops and restaurants provide ample opportunities to linger and also guide visitors to the entrance.
